Prior to becoming an agent, I worked for 22 years as a recruiter for a customer service call center. I really enjoy talking with people, listening to their stories and developing a connection with them. I specialize in the Senior arena, because I feel that the complexities of Medicare are overwhelming to most people. I also am a registered representative and work with investments. I also work with federal employees with their benefits. I also help people find what works best for their particular situation – insurance and investing is not a “one size fits all” type of business
My passion for educating and guiding employees with their health care benefits inspired me to pursue and obtain a GBA designation through the Wharton School at the University of Philadelphia. I have seen first-hand how challenging and confusing it can be to comprehend the everchanging health care regulations. As a licensed Life and Health Agent, I now educate and assist clients as, together, we navigate through their benefits options.

Job Responsibilities
Processing and Filing Documents, Greeting Clients, Answering Phones, Scheduling Appointments, Entering Data into CRM System, Daily Office Coordination, Compliance Reporting and Documentation, Preparing for Seminars and Events, Processing and Following Up on New Insurance and Investment Business, Other Duties/Projects as Assigned
Insurance Agent and/or Registered Representative
Training to include a wholistic, needs-based approach to client relationships, products, sales, and planning. Work with variety of different companies and products. Work in a team environment with access to experienced agents, representatives, financial planner, and investment manager. Specialized experience with working with Federal Employees and Retirees. Office Space for meetings, trainings, and seminars. Technology such as Microsoft Office Suite, cyber security, CRM provided at minimum cost. Client base and additional lead sources available.
